  On june 16th i stopped in store to look at products. Sales rep was very helpful and pleasant. Was excited..found some great products and happy to get such awesome help. Got on waiting list for measure. Measure came about 3 weeks later and she said it would be about 2. That was ok. Only got one of two estimates requested so i Called and asked for estimate #2 and was told the message would be given to owner. I said i wanted to get it done for sure just not sure which product which is why i wanted estimates. Had that conversation 3 times. Also was told install would be about mid august. I asked if i needed an appt and reminded them i still wanted the other estimate because i couldnt decide. And i know there was sales on what i wanted. Was just told wud call with other estimate and really busy so install would be about mid august. I patiently waited for 2nd estimate..Never got email with either estimate as requested and never got a call back about install. It is now almost october and i shouldnt have to keep calling to see whats going on. I was never given any direction even tho i asked what do because i for sure wanted one or the other. So i waited and waited. As of today nothing and its now almost october. This is my 2nd try to support local small business and 2nd failure. Great sales staff and great products but poor followup.
